Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all of the watches and jewellery for sale on this website are pre-owned.
All of our pre-owned watches are fully checked and we are confident you are ordering a quality product fit for its intended purpose.
When purchasing a pre-owned product, buyers should be aware that it will have signs of use. We aim to accurately describe every watch we sell, we ask buyers to carefully read our descriptions and look at photographs before purchase.

We are able to accept payment on this website through the following credit cards.

 

Pricing:
All prices are in UK Pounds. To insure against erroneous pricing, until such time as West 2 Jewellers emails the customer to advise of an order being accepted, we reserve the right not to accept the customer order.

Delivery:
At West 2 Jewellers we take great care in packaging your items and ensuring they are delivered to you safely. Our prices all include delivery charges. You will not be charged any additional fee for delivery.
Please Note: We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.
We do not ship to PO Boxes either in the UK or abroad.
All deliveries will require a signature. Please either arrange an address where someone will be in between 9am and 1pm to sign, or contact us to organise a convenient day for delivery. If you are away from the delivery address, the courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book or to pick up your order from the Post Office within ONE week.
We reserve the right to charge the full relevant shipping fee to resend your order if the item is returned to us because you could not accept delivery for any reason.
Any order errors must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. If you have not received your order within the time expected, you must notify us within 7 days from ordering. If you notify us after these 7 days, we will not be responsible for its location.
West 2 Jewellers reserves the right to refuse to supply any person for any reason.

Returns:
At West 2 Jewellers we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will provide a full refund if you return any items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all the original packaging and at your own expense. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Unless otherwise stated, all of our watches and jewellery are pre-owned. We are completely honest and clear in our item descriptions and point out any faults we believe you should be aware of. All items are cleaned and watches will be keeping good time when we deliver them. We cannot guarantee items after they are sold and delivered.

Complaints Procedure

If you wish to make a complaint you can contact us in a number of ways:

We will do our best to resolve complaints within three business days following receipt. However, if we are unable to do this we will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as reasonably practicable assuring you that we have received the complaint and it is being dealt with. We will also include a copy of this procedure.
  • Keep you informed of the progress of the complaint.
  • Provide you with a final response within 8 weeks of receipt of the complaint.

Where applicable, we will inform you that if you remain dissatisfied with our final response you have the right to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within 6 months of our final response. We will also include a copy of the FOS explanatory leaflet.
